Research

Currently, the main focus of my research is Nautilus. Further research interests include data cleaning, particularly duplicate detection, and data provenance.

In the past, I participated in various projects relating to data integration and XML data cleaning. These include XClean, XStruct, XQueryGen, DirtyXML (data cleaning) and Merging Autonomous Content with HumMer (data integration).

it - Information Technology I am the guest editor of the special issue on data integration of the journal it - Information Technology, scheduled to appear in summer 2012.
DaLí 2011 I am a co-organizer of the first edition of the International Workshop on Managing Data Throughout its Lifecycle (DaLí) held in Hannover, Germany in conjunction with ICDE 2011.
